Thank you to those who took the time to complete our recent engagement survey. We are pleased to share that over 80% of trainees feel motivated to come to work each day and enjoy working with their mentor. Further, over 83% see themselves working for Gerber long-term and over 88% of respondents feel that they know what is expected of them to be successful in the TDP.
We also want to acknowledge some of the things we heard from you that we can improve upon. Despite the fact that the majority of you do like working with your mentors and GM’s, there were comments and concerns regarding certain GM and mentor relationships. We will be addressing this by updating and improving our GM and MM training, increasing mentor workshops and GM training and ensuring we highlight the importance of being involved, patient, and provide training on other relationship building techniques. In addition, we are also creating a training specifically for trainees on what to expect when starting off in the program and tips on how you can be successful in this program as well as providing resources when you might be struggling or have a concern.
Again, we want to thank you for your feedback as we are continuously working to improve the experience of the TDP program and we are always open to your suggestions and feedback.
